General conditions

Arrival: Your apartment should be ready for you by 14 p.m.
Departure: Departing guests should vacate their apartment by 10 a.m.
Advance payment: 10% like deposit at bank account as booking security.
Price includes tourist tax and VAT.
For rent longer than two weeks we offer a special discount.
If stay is less than 3 days in high season, the price is increased by 50%.

Extra bed for people over 12 years is charged 5 € per night, the cradle is not charged.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
