No.5 place is built in 2012., they are located in the centre of Pakoštane, just 30 m from the main public beach. When building the apartments, we guided the care of our guests and their needs, so all of our apartments are built in a way that the maximum space funcionality is made, and every detail is personalized with a refined interior design. Our facility is recognized as a unique project, so in the year 2013. it was nominated for the annual award of the Association of Croatian Architects fot the best achievement in housing architecture.
